OSCAR is a smaller rescue focused on dogs scheduled to be euthanized in shelters, but we also work hard to help the local community rehome their pets.
Before you apply, please note:
- All surrendered dogs must be spayed or neutered
- All vaccinations must be current
- Dogs must pass a temperament test prior to entry into the program
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance — the process may take several days
