They've been waiting
Sometimes there is a pet whose face or story just touches your heart. These dogs have been with us the longest — they deserve a forever home just as much as anyone.
Our featured dogs are often with O.S.C.A.R. longer than other pets. Sometimes they have special needs — and it often costs more for their care. If you can't adopt, consider sponsoring one of them.
