Foster Application
Fostering saves lives. Open your home temporarily and give a dog the stability they need while they wait for their forever family.
Volunteer Application
From walking dogs to bake sales to grant writing — there's a place for everyone on the OSCAR volunteer team.
Dog Surrender Request
Life circumstances change. If you need to rehome your dog, we'll do everything we can to help find them a safe, loving home.
Dogs must be spayed/neutered and vaccinated. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
TNR Request
Managing a feral cat colony? Trap/Neuter/Release is the most humane solution. Request assistance and we'll evaluate your situation.
Caretakers help with trapping, transport, and a $50/cat vet cost. Financial assistance available case-by-case.
